How we handle your information.

When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use them only to respond to your inquiry.

If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referring site. We do not use it to identify you.

Contact details are used to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Usage data helps us improve the site. It is not combined with the information you submit through the form.

Form submissions are delivered through our email provider, Resend. Analytics data is processed by Google. Both act as service providers on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our communication. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics account.

You can block analytics with a browser extension or by disabling third-party scripts. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have provided by emailing us.

We follow Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
